• Safety:

• Safe Operation is fundamental to the success of our business and documented in our Operators Manual 

• Training - included in the Operations Manual and supported with on-line videos 

• Load Testing - The Safe Working Load (SWL) is established through rigorous testing for every product by a professional / certified UK testing agency. We monitor all customer feedback to ensure safety is never compromised. 

• Maintenance - monthly maintenance is documented in the Operations Manual

• Compliance:  The Mover complies with UK and EU Health & Safety Manual, Handling Regulations. EU compliance is certified by an EU Authorisation Agency based in Holland as documented in the Operations Manual. 

• Quality: Hello Renewables (our sister company) has used the Mover every week for the past 3 years. The Mover and fitting kit is deliberately over engineered, ensuring stability and durability continue. We monitor all customer feedback to ensure safety is maintained. We check every Mover before it leaves the factory.

  • Some of our early Movers were painted black. On occasions, the pain could peel off to reveal the amazing colours, patterns and outlines of the reusable household plastic we see today. The Mover’s safety and functionality are never compromised under these circumstances.

• Functionality: We design and build all of our products to deliver ‘above-and-beyond’ in the toughest terrain and operating environment - a typical building site in the winter. 

Meet The Team: 

Mike is an established water, gas and renewables heat pump installation engineer of 22 years. He established Hello Renewables in 2020 and continues to delivering B2B and B2C heat pump solutions. His customers will talk about reliability and work quality as their two top services provided. Hello Renewables currently fit mainly Daikin pumps but has and continues to fitted most of the leading heat pumps on the market.

During a heat pump move in 2021, Mike injured his back. He needed a solution to help him work safer and significantly easier, so he invented the Heat Pump Mover. It’s designed to be highly manoeuvrable, taking 80%+ of the weight off the pump whilst being able to move pumps across typical building and customer sites with sand, gravel, grass, mud and typical site debris.

After many prototypes and enquiries from other installers he established Lite Work Designs in 2023 to design, manufacture and sell the Heat Pump Mover. We have just ordered (Nov 2024) our second 1000 units (21,000 components weighing 8.5T) and plan to launch the Mover into Europe at ISH in Frankfurt.

Steve is an established water & gas installer of 15 years. He joined Hello Renewables in 2024 to help Mike grow the business. Steve is totally invested in the success of the Heat Pump Mover in the role of Operations Director, responsible for manufacturing and delivering Movers. 

Rebecca is the Office Manager for both companies and Creative Director for Lite Works Designs.

Kevin, with 20+ years of corporate sales, joined Lite Work Designs in 2023 as the Sales and Marketing Director.
