To help me continue working, I had to find a solution, so I invented the Heat Pump Mover. I’ve use it on every installation since 2022 and it is one of the most valuable tool in my van.

The PROBLEM: Carrying a heat pump across rugged ground carries a high risk of personal injury and/or damaging the pump.
The Heat Pump Mover has been designed to carry heat pumps weighing 200kg across your typical building site containing mud, potholes, grass, gravel, water and site debris.

Early Version of the Heat Pump Mover
This is an early test version of the Heat Pump Mover. We wanted to demonstrate how easy it made the job.
Runaway Pump?
We installed a heat pump in Fleet, Hampshire - sounds simple but the house was at the bottom of a steep incline, the ground was frozen and it was -2C. This could have gone horribly wrong but the Heat Pump Mover made it look easy.
Using the Heat Pump Mover - Guildford
This was the last on-site test of our Heat Pump Mover before formal CE testing. As expected, it worked beautifully.

The Heat Pump Mover has been designed for Heat Pumps. But - It can be used for more. The Baseboard is 600mm wide and can accommodate moving an Integrated Unit, Water Cylinders and Radiators to name a few.
Helping Installers, install
Once your kit has been delivered, it needs to be moved into place. The Heat Pump Mover is used to move the water cylinder and then the heat pump to their final locations.
