Operational Constraints

  • MAX LOAD: The maximum load for the Heat Pump Mover is 250Kg while standing.

    • Design Principals: The wheels can support 136Kg each - Max physical load is 272Kg, standing or moving.

    • Design Characteristics: The Mover Baseboard and Axle must not be loaded in excess of 250kg.

  • MAX LOAD MOVING:

    • The maximum operating load for the Heat Pump Mover is 200Kg whilst moving across typical building sites.

  • MAX LIFT WEIGHT - 1 PERSON: Max lifting weight of the Mover Pull Handle with a Heat Pump loaded is 25kg (HSE Guidelines ). If lift weight exceed 25kg - it is recommended that 2 people lift and pull the pump across a typical building or customer site.

  • MAX DISTANCE:

    • Max distance for a single movement across a typical building site is 50m in a single pull.

  • MAX TILT: The maximum tilt angle the Heat Pump Mover can work at is 5 DEG for an obstacle while moving across a typical building site. If the site is particularly rough, you must stop after each major obstacle to prevent “swing momentum” from building up.

    • Design Characteristics: The Mover was tested at 5, 10 and 37 DEG with 206Kg.

  • MAX PULL 1 PERSON: Whilst pulling the Mover and Heat Pump across a typical building site the maximum pull load on the handle provided is 25kg.

    • Design Characteristics: Pump Securing and Pull Straps have a max weight load of 400Kg. The Handle has a max pull weight of 260Kg

  • MAX SPEED: For your safety, the Mover is designed for walking speed you must not exceed 4 km/h.

  • TYRE PRESSURE: The optimum type pressure for Heat Pump stability is 30 psi for pumps weighing over 100 Kg.
